Job Purpose
The Finance And Administration Senior Officer is responsible for ensuring the provision of effective and efficient accounting, financial, treasury and administration services at the Latin Caribbean Country Cluster Support Team. The incumbent will lead the finance and administration unit in the country cluster office based in Dominican Republic.
Education
- University degree in finance/accounting/administration
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical area of expertise (finance/accounting and administration)
- Experience in Financial Management
- Experience in Budget preparation and control
- Experience in Problem Resolution - Preferred
- Experience in Personnel Management - preferred
- Excellent practical knowledge of computers (Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, accounting applications, e-mail, Internet)
Experience working in an International Organization - preferred Knowledge, skillsandlanguages
Excellent stress management skills
Good analytical skills and solution oriented person
Excellent communication skills
Good management skills
