Organizational Context
The Indonesia Country Office of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is organized into two Department, Program Department and Support Service Department. The Support Services department is divided into four units: Human Resources; Finance, Administration and IT. Fleet is under Procurement Unit who responsible for daily transportation arrangement of the country office.
Logistic Support will report to the Senior Procurement Officer.

Job Purpose
Ensure the provision of day to day general assistance and transportation requirements and manage all related function for the country office
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for official driving the Federation vehicles in daily basis, in line with Federation Fleet Policies.
- Maintain Federation standard practices for vehicle operations in accordance with Fleet Manual, including preventive and curative maintenance of vehicles, regular servicing of vehicles and repair vehicles when necessary to maximize fleet readiness.
- Comply with vehicle operations tracking and reports in accordance with the Federation Fleet policies and manuals.
- Always comply to traffic regulations and be responsible for any violence to traffic regulations.
- Immediately report to line manager if there is any incident or accident involving Federation vehicle.
- Always using the effective route considering time consumption and city road to reach the destinations.
- Ensure there is no problem in communication, always stay connected, be polite and nice to everyone.
- During working hours, always standby in office and being fast response for any assigned task and assistance after return from previous task.
- Coordinate with Senior Driver related to all transportation needs of the country office in daily /weekly basis by allocating vehicles based on priority scale/urgency basis.
- Maintain daily logbook for vehicles usage, and weekly reporting all fuel/mileage to the Senior Procurement Officer in timely manner using transportation management system.
- Perform routine Checks to the vehicle before using/driving (i.e. Ensure that vehicle fuel tank minimum at mid‐ level, oil checking, radiator fluid, windscreen washer bottle is full, tyres lights and indicators are functioning)
- Cleaning the vehicle in daily basis, both interior and exterior (no dust, no dirty and no bad smell).
- Report and submit at the soonest all financial receipts to the Finance Department. Any working advance should be settled maximum 2 weeks after cash received.
- Ensures the availability of all required documents including valid STNK, vehicle insurance, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, basic vehicle repair tools and necessary spare parts.
- Support the delegation offices to send documents out of offices and any required office transaction in polite manners.
- Immediately report to Line Manager or the task giver, when there are any changes from original plan/task, do not wait until return to office.
- Drop off and pick up any Federation staff in accordance with official needs. Including assist IFRC Staff during the drop off or pick up if needed in well manner.
- Support the IFRC CCST Office Jakarta in delivering / processing/ submitting any correspondence or letter to any required private entities and other government offices, agencies, embassies, etc. as required by the office. Including kind assistance on delivering any related information upon the process of the documents.
- conduct monthly vehicle inspection check with procurement unit
- Coordinate closely with the Senior Driver in taking annual leaves or day off to ensure at least one driver is standing by in the office during office hour. Unless it is emergency.

Requirements
Education
- Diploma
Experience
- 2‐year minimum experience in a similar position
- Experience of working for the Red Cross/ Red Crescent is preferred
Knowledge and Skills
- Customer services principles (e.g. meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction).
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and ensure work is consistently completed and accurate within expected timeframes
- Demonstrate their ability to prioritize multiple demands and effectively manage time while being responsive to changing priorities
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively and professionally
- Operational and driving knowledge of Federation Vehicles
- Knowledge of rural areas and the use and Navigation application
- Mechanical Knowledge will be considered an asset is preferred
- Basic administrative skills
- Basic Skills in computer, software systems (windows, spread sheet, word processing, e‐ mail, internet).
- Basic skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
