Provide overall field leadership of CAR EPI project
Organize and manage rollout of national routine immunization data system
Evaluate the effectiveness of the electronic feedback to the district EPI team and recommend adjustments based on feedback from the district focal points
Manage, at the field level, strengthening of routine immunization system in 5 districts
Provide assistance to IFRC EPI logistics consultant to establish a functioning cold chain for all health facilities in the 5 assigned districts
Manage the training and micro-planning for the 150 health facilities in the 5 districts
Use mobile phone GPS, satellite maps, and other technologies to improve micro-planning at the district and health facility level
Maintain communication with main CAR EPI partners—MOH, UNICEF, WHO, and GAVI
Assist in report writing for CAR project.
-Technical assistance to support measles SIAs in priority countries
-Development of guidelines and training materials for immunization within the RC movement as outlined in Pfizer cooperative agreement w IFRC
Assist in piloting training materials for immunization in priority countries
