- Collect, compile and analyze IFRC-supported health programme data from PRCS focal/PMER personnel under the IFRC portfolio.
- Quality assurance of imported data, commissioning and decommissioning of data sets and processing confidential data and information according to IFRC guidelines.
- Support PRCS in the establishment and implementation of data protection policies and practices.
- Analyze data identifying patterns, trends, observations and recommendations to assist in delivering optimal programme implementation and decision-making for IFRC management.
- Develop and share findings and recommendations using formalised channels monthly with the IFRC health team.
- Support PRCS in data storage and data sharing methods, ensuring proper maintenance to achieve effective implementation and administrative needs and goals under the portfolio.
- Utilise different data sources for evidence mapping of data shared to ensure consistency, reliability, and validity.
- Convert data into visual aid/ usable information that is easy to understand and be used in reports and presentations in the form of infographics, tables, graphs, maps, and other data visualizations as requested.
- Lead the training of relevant PRCS and IFRC programme staff on new data collection tools, software, and dashboards.
- Assist and support programme teams in developing micro plans and maintaining the database in Excel.
- Digitalization of the micro-plan for each vaccinator through the development of an Immunization Dashboard, and daily data entry by vaccinators through smartphones.
- Digitalization of the micro-plan for each social mobiliser through the development of an Immunization Dashboard.
- Mapping of outreach sessions and hard-to-reach areas.
- Monitoring of field activities through daily tracking of vaccinators and social mobilisers through a dashboard.
- Develop infographics for identifying gaps in RI coverage, unreached settlements and zero-dose children.
